Best possible settings for My laptop to record.

Hi, I was just wondering on what the best settings would be to record with on my laptops specs some of the specs will be listed below i would very much appreciate if you could tell me what the best settings would be for those specs. i need to know what settings it can handle when recording on the GeForce now application because i am wanting to bring up the graphics so than its not blurry but i am not sure what it can handle because i dont want my video cutting off or being weird

Processor: AMD Athlon silver 3050U with Radeon graphics (2 CPU's) ~ 2.3ghz
Ram: 8GB
Windows version: Windows 11
Laptop: Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 (15", 8)

How are the results when you run Tools > Auto-Configuration Wizard, close and re-open OBS and then do a recording? If they are not up to par, post a recording log.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
