Question / Help Best Possible recording settings for YouTube

I am hoping I can get some help here being this is the program I am using. My pc is ONLY being used to record Xbox one console gameplay with an elgato hd60pro and I want the best possible recording quality settings that my pc can produce. With my research I’ve learned that upscaling to 1440p In DaVinci will helps as well when YouTube puts their hands on my uploads..anyway my setup is:

Console: Xbox one
9900k ocd to 5.0
Evga rtx 2070
Z390 aorus master
4x8gb Corsair vengenace 3200cl16
Main drive: 970 EVO Plus 500gb m.2
Obs recording drive: pm981 1tb m.2
Archived footage: 1tb WD Black hdd
Elgato hd60pro
Monitors: 1080 Tn 1ms 165hz
