I started using OBS today. I’ve tried many options with the intent of getting the highest quality recording whereas the input is old DV camcorder tapes. Obviously, the output won’t be better than the input. However, I keep seeing degradation. I’ve tried many settings and frankly just want the best possible proven settings. My computer is state of the art high-end and I do not care about file sizes.
Please offer your advice.
Within the Output settings, I have combed through and set “things” to the highest levels. The input and output res is set to 1920x1080.
