hello all , first thing am very happy to search about any thing so ...
i was search for many days for best quality and medium size -
i read many threads and posts in all forums , and finally i make my setting for CBR - 20,000
but for 10 minute video i get 2 GB - and this not awesome for youtube

so now i try to get the best quality for writing code and lectures - with medium file size like any program in the world
is that very hard really ?
Ryzen 7 5600g With AMD graphic card
ram 16GB 3600
and my pc is very good but really i need setting to start record my lectures with 232332GB or low quality
