Best online video conference service that gives control on presenter order in grid view?

When using Zoom, Teams, Skype, etc, the grid view automatically positions the presenters. If a presenter disconnects then the order changes within grid view. Zoom, Teams, Skype cannot sort alphabetically or by time joined.

Does anyone know of a service that gives better control over grid view?
