Your encoder options would indicate, if accurate, that you do NOT have a discrete GPU for encoding offload (so beware your expectations... you most likely won't be able to do the fancier stuff you may have seen/heard about... but it depends)
Assuming a 12th or newer gen Intel CPU, the latest OBS Studio should be fine. And then use QuickSync
