Question / Help Best OBS studio settings for recording 1080p 60fps?

I've tried all tutorial what I can find but none has worked. Every times fps drops to 45 in obs video (not in game). I can record complete video with Nvidia shadowplay but it does not have noisy gate. I want use noisy gate because my keyboard hold a horrible noise. I can record 130 000 Mbps with shadowplay without any problems. But with obs i can't even record 100 Mbps without laging and fps dropping. That's really interesting.
You maybe want to know my PC specs to help me find perfect settings.

gpu: gtx 1060 3gb
cpu: i5-4570 ( boosted to 3.4GHz)
ram: 8 gb
Window 10 64-bit

First of all, know that there is no "Best" for settings, but this suggestion might help. Recording Only.
I would disable Shadowplay's overlay, and XBOX DVR, and run OBS with Administrator privileges when using game capture.
Settings, Output, Output Mode: Advanced

Recording Tab -

Recording Format: MP4 (or MKV then Remux it after you're done recording)
Encoder: NVENC H.264
Rescale Ouput - Uncecked
Rate Control - Lossless​

Settings, Video

Base Resolution: 1920x1080
Output Resolution: 1920x1080
Common FPS Values: 60
