I have tried many many many settings and am still trying to find the best settings that will display a good quality stream without buffering or lag. My specs and internet speeds are as follow....

Internet Speeds on WiFi:
Ping (8) Download (23mbps) Upload (16mbps)
Internet Speeds on Ethernet:
Ping (5) Download (70) Upload (30)

PC Specs:
GPU: Intel Core i5 6500
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB
MOBO: MSI B250 Gaming M3 Motherboard
RAM: Corsair 16GB

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks :)

I actually implemented an auto-configuration wizard in 19+ for this, it's in the tools menu. Could you try it out for me and let me know what sort of settings it recommends?

Jai White - Did you try them out to see how they worked? I'm just sort of curious to see how it's working for you.

Additionally, if your viewers have any issue with buffering or watching, and you're not a partnered streamer, I'd probably recommend retrying the wizard with the same settings except one: disable "Perform bandwidth test", and run it again with 3500 bitrate. Then it'll automatically configure all video settings for that bitrate for you.

They worked perfectly when I streamed, no lag and when I watched the VOD on twitch there was no lag, buffering or pixels! Thank you very much! I'll be sure to try that if the settings begin to turn bad. :)
