Question / Help BEST OBS STUDIO SETTINGS FOR MY PC / INTERNET?

Im new to streaming and im trying to stream my gameplay of FFXIV but my quality is very bad and stutters sometimes, and i dont know how to make it look better, im not a twitch affiliate or whatever so i know itll be hard to get better quality, but is there something i can do in settings to make it look atleast a bit better?

To get a baseline configuration that is tailored to your computer's power, use Tools->Auto Configuration Wizard.

i did this and it seemed like it didnt work, same kinda issue i guess so im at a loss, it sets the bitrate to 6k which i feel is too high for my configuration?
 
The wizard tested your connection, and it was deemed fit for 6k bitrate. For us to see more, you need to post a logfile that contains a streaming session that exhibits the issues you encounter.

I just did a stream and i kept on getting the encoding overload, i reduced the output to 720 instead of 1080 as it selected, and its currently on Quality instead of max quality.
so im not sure what else there is todo, i used the auto config wizard and it gave me those settings, but reduced to 720
