the link @progressivehorror sent you is a good guide, use the settings under x264 (use cpu preset ultrafast) and set the CRF to around 16-20.

You can't use NVENC because your GPU doesn't support NVENC. This means that you may have to downscale your video since x264 uses much more resources than NVENC.
