Best OBS Settings for my pc

Hello, I am using a pc. This PC was used for recording and I am experiencing some issues with my OBS software. Whenever I record my computer lags which bugs me a lot. I want to know the best setting to stop this lag. Here are my specs

Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics
Ram: 8 GB
OS: Windows 11 x64 Bit Operating System, 64-bit Processor
