Question / Help Best OBS Settings for my Computer & Internet ?

Is there a kind soul out there that might want to help me with my OBS settings for streaming on Twitch?
Here is the information I gathered, ask me for anything else if need be.

How fast is your internet upload speed?

Encoder x264
Rate Control CBR
Bitrate 2500-3000 (this may have to be different if you have a low upload speed)
Use custom buffer size unchecked
Keyframe int 2
CPU usage preset Veryfast (if you are getting encoding lag use Superfast)
Profile Main

Ouput resolution 1280x720
Downscale filter lanczos
FPS 30

try a bitrate of 3000, if you are gettinf framedrops due to connection drop it to 2500. If you are getting framedrops from encoding lag then either change your cpu preset to superfast or drop your resolution to 960x540
