Question / Help Best Nvenc settings?

Just wondering the best nvenc settings I can put. Stream gets blurry every once in awhile and I just need some advice.

The best nvenc settings for streaming are to not use it.
The quality per bitrate is abysmal as you've found.

What do you recommend I use with x264? I always get the overloaded error and that's way worst than Nvenc.
