Question / Help Best mode to share the desktop

Hi guys. I'm here for one question. I've installed OBS for make some Facebook Live Streaming on a Facebook secret group. I want to share my screen for help people doing web marketing with on Facebook. So i need a good resolution on the output (people must see exactly what i'm doing). I'm testing it. But i've a problem with the output. The resolution of the live is BAD (final resolution of save video on group is good). Really BAD. What i can do for make it better?

Change your output resolution and canvas to be 1280x720 if that's the resolution you're capturing at with the capture card.

Change them in Settings -> Video
