best MAC I9 video setting for OBS virtual camera only

Hi,
I use OBS for virtual presentation using the start OBS virtual camera into zoom etc ...
My MacBook pro has I9
What are the best video out settings as seen in the picture.

would be great if you can enter your computer specs, and a wizard gives 3 choices..... low med, high settings.
