Best laptop for live stream (from camera)

My preference: BEST 1080P image from the camera
My setup:
Camera - HDMI - Flint 4KP Capture card USB-C - PC
At this moment I m using HP Elitebook with i7 4600u but looks like it on the edge on mid settings

I m looking
Laptop max 14inch, ethernet port, hardware video encoding for best quality would like to use Lanzos Downscale Filter and others best settings
Sometimes I need to run live stream around 1hr from the battery, but I hope to buy external power bank for laptops.

I m looking for this one ThinkPad L14 (AMD) but not sure how AMD working with OBS and how will be with hardware encoding

Get a laptop with the new Ryzen 4000 series and Nvidia GPU instead:

• Something like this gaming laptop should be fine.
• Or like this gaming laptop.

For camera source, get an Elgato Camlink 4K and pair it with a known supported camera on their list.
