Best/ideal settings for YouTube stream - new device

I just bought a new laptop, which is a Asus Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED (UX8402), with the following hardware:
- i9-12900H 2.50 GHz
- 32 GM memory
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 3050 Ti
- 2GB SSD

I will use this for live YouTube sport stream (youth Basketball) using LTE/5G mobile net.

My question is that what are the best/ideal OBS (28) stream and recording settings in your oppinion?
