Best GPU for OBS rendering under $200

Hi. I have been trying to record with OBS (Not streaming) and every time I record and post it on YouTube, it comes out as blurry. I have tried changing the bitrate (started at 1000, went to 600,000!) and nothing works. I have an AMD GPU that I have been using, and I read that Nvidia graphics cards are better for this job. Also almost all videos for OBS settings on YouTube are for Nvidia GPUs. My budget $200. Does anyone know the best Nvidia GPU for under $200?

This is what the recording looks like :(

Hello,

Youtube is a bitch.
Any video that you upload to their website that is 1080p or less, unless you are a big youtuber, you are going to see your video converted with a low quality codec. The simplest thing to bypass this limitation is to just export your video to 1440p or higher on your video editing software. The video uploaded at 1440p will look way better even set at 1080p compared to the first video exported and uploaded at it's native resolution 1080p.

Here you can see an example, two videos that I used to test this.
1080p video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E2bQW2C6Ksg
1440p video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHY_6uTuSKg

They are the same video, same 1080p timeline, only the second was exported to 1440p.

Good luck,
Exore.

Others have commented that a Turing NVENC based system is better than earlier versions, so that would be a GTX 1650 Super. which should be in the $200 range, but with current mining driven premiums... ymmv. If nVidia's mining hindered RTX cards are released next month, and those limits work as intended, then some price relief on GPUs should be forth-coming (and if higher-end cards drop, that will hopefully lower price of older, lower-end cards as well as demand shifts)
