Question / Help Best cpu for streaming

Hi guys,

I currently have a i5 4690k oc to 4.2ghz and i am looking to upgrade cpu. I currently stream csgo, i am wanting to achieve 200-300fps while streaming. What would you reccomend for streaming and what sort of settings would you use while streaming.

Cap or sync the frame rate to your monitors refresh rate, otherwise performance issues will arise when streaming.
