Question / Help Best config for stream with good PC but bad upload.

Hello guys, i have 2.5 upload speed and i stream with 1700 bitrate, if i put more i get frame loose.
I have a very good PC.
I get an aceptable quality but i was wondering if there is any configuration on the OBS settings i can put to get better quality using more power on the CPU?
