hello, i am building my gf a build so that she can use OBS with her ps4 (so the build will be dedicated to streaming). We are on a budget, so we are looking at a 4170 (1150 chipset, scores about 7000 on geekbench) build so that it has upgradeability upto a 4790k. I have also read that it should be able to do 720p30 fine (which is her ps4 streaming quality anyway). My question is "which capture device"? Which devices put less of a load on CPU? USB devices (hauppaugue, el gato etc), or pcie devices (avermedia, blackmagic etc)? Mac compatibility it preferred as well.
