Best budget gpu (preferably Nvidia gtx/rtx) for 1080p 60fps recording?

What CPU and GPU do you currently have? On the assumption you are running with a dedicated GPU already, does your CPU have QuickSync or AMD VCE? And have you tried using this? Don’t spend money if you don’t have to.

Im using my intel i5-6600ks igpu(HD 530 i believe) and it has quicksync cause its intel
