I'm looking at streaming live from SCALE14x here in a couple weeks. One thing I would like to do is to have an irc up and going during while I stream. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to best integrate IRC into the mix. I looked at using the text source but atleast konversation doesn't seem to want to play along well. it saves it's files as .log and OBS refuses to notice these files. I'm guessing it is looking only for a .txt file.
Is there any other IRC clients or methods for doing this that people would suggest?
