I've been having this issue since I installed OBS a couple of months ago, but it only happens maybe 20-30% of the times I record. Usually within the first 2 seconds, occasionally a littler later (the latest being 9 seconds) there will be some sort of glitchy artifacting, sometimes freezing that will happen in my recordings. Sometimes actual visual gitching looks different on the same file when its viewed in the built in windows "Films & TV" app, which is really strange. The biggest issue this gives me is that it cannot be rendered in Adobe Premiere. If I add one of these glitched clips, it may have a freeze or some artifacting in the preview, but when encoding it will give the error:
"Import Error
Importer returned bad result
....
Selector: 47
Error code: 99"
I have no idea what is causing this issue, but it has happened on a wide variety of games, and doesn't appear to be related to hardware issues since I can't see any performance issues and it only happens in the first few seconds and the rest of the recording continues perfectly fine.
