My end goal is to be able to stream live or record a video podcast. I have played around with some of the settings. I have my stream key entered, but I'm not getting the result I want. I have Verizon FiOs 1Gbps Download/Upload. The range of speeds I see on my PC is anywhere from 150-300Mbps Download to 450-900Mbps Upload. My test podcast kept getting an error message saying video output too low for Youtube. I would like to have 2 audio tracks on for myself and the guest and be able to monitor both audio and video while recording. See attached screenshots for my current settings.

Speedtest results don't really mean anything. Performance to a particular site can vary wildly.

You can only stream one audio track at a time. You can record multiple isolated tracks, but streaming is a single track. So you'll need to assign devices to tracks appropriately-- for streaming you'll need one track with all the desired devices, and then you'll need devices on separate tracks for recording. Set recording to include all the tracks you want, and select the track with all devices for streaming output.

Your chosen bitrate, 2500, is a bit low.

Your chosen CPU preset will likely provide very low quality.

About the bandwidth issue I can't reply without a logfile that contains a streaming attempt-- this one does not.
