been struggling for days, no idea why Obs is failing to stream

Hi I've been struggling to fix this issue for days. never had an issue like this before using nvenc, have no idea what changed to cause it.
ive tried literally everything i can think of and still getting error message "failed to start streaming/recording/start replay buffer"

I've done a clean install of my drivers, clean install of obs, deleted all my plugins (but even with a complete uninstall plugins ive deleted still show up in the new install), turned off shadow play, removed nvidia broadcast from my system, cleared all the issues in log analyzer have no idea what to do to start streaming again. If anyone could please help me!

There are many errors in your log, probably from sources that rely on plugins not present any more. It's difficult to see what it is specifically, so I recommend you completely reset your OBS config. It seems you already tried that by reinstalling much stuff, but you never actually reset your OBS config. You do this by deleting/renaming the directory %appdata%\obs-studio.

thank you for the response, ok just tried that then did a clean install of obs and all the plugins show back up again, still getting the error
