I want to stream in 1080p60, but if my upload bandwidth simply isn't high enough I understand.
I stream and game on this PC, but my CPU is overclocked to 4.4ghz. So hopefully I can utilize that extra power to use with encoding settings.
Thank you to whoever looks over this.
I have an upload of 6mbps.
My PC specs should be in the log.

There's no stream or record attempt in that log. Also, it would help if you explain exactly what it is you're trying to tune? Generally leaving OBS on Simple Output Mode and using the default settings will get you the best results.

I'm probably just expecting my stream to look crystal clear possibly. But the stream turns grainy during high movement frames.

Do I need to stream or record then log? Idk how logging works in OBS.

If you want to stream 1080p 60fps, you'll need to stream to YouTube. You cannot stream 1080p 60fps as a non-partner (and technically you're not supposed to as a partner without permission) to Twitch.

Your best bet is 720p, 30fps, 2000-2500 bitrate as your connection allows. At that point, if you have spare CPU you can set the x264 preset to something slower sounding to get a bit more quality. Generally, though, leaving the defaults results in a stream that looks just fine.
