Battlefront 2 encoding overloaded only when game is focus window.

Hey.

As described, my Battlefront 2 gets encoding overloaded ONLY when it's the focus window. As I'm typing this, I'm getting a perfect 60 FPS while spectating and dead. When i'm playing however, and have the window in focus, my framerate suffers horribly for the stream. What can cause this?

Is this a program bug?

Sorry for bump, maybe this will help someone.

I figured out the issue by looking at the log myself. OBS was not running as administrator. Setting to Run as Administrator in properties on the Compatibility tab for OBS fixed this issue.
