Question / Help Battlefield 4 Stream Choppy on Twitch

Hello,

When I stream BF 4, the stream is very choppy. However, I do not experience any lag in the actual game. Any ideas for a fix?

Computer:
i5- 4690K @ 3.5GHz
16GB RAM
GTX 960

I am streaming on 2000 bitrate and downscaled to 1280x720 @30 FPS. My upload speed is 25mbps.
