Bass boost like filter on desktop audio output

Every time i record using obs the frequencies are higher than usual and i think an appropriate way to describe it is a bass boosting effect sound. I have tried a lot of things but i cant seem to get this fixed.

I fixed the issue, disabling audio enhancements seemed to fix it
