Basic Requirements to Remote Control OBS?

If I run OBS with the debug switch, I can access my running instance of OBS from a web browser, but only on the same PC.

What is needed to remotely access my local OBS instance from another PC that is on the same network?

One could just use Windows built-in Remote Desktop to access the OBS PC from another Computer on the network. There are also other remote access applications available (both Free & Purchase) that are available such as VNC Viewer, UltraVNC, TeamViewer or MPS360 Remote Access.

As far as I know, the standard for remote controlling OBS Studio is the websocket plugin:

Don't use rdp for remote access, it's hiding the physical GPU from OBS and replaces it with an emulated software GPU, so you have severe performance issues with this. VNC is ok, since that keeps the physical GPU active.
