Base Resolution Not Configured Correctly

I recently re-installed OBS and found that I could not set the Base display any higher than 1980X1020.

I have attached 2 files; one shows the OBS base setting and the other is my display setting.

How do I fix this?

Also, the first time I installed it did set the base to 3480X2160

You can Type your desired resolution

Thank you. When I saw the drop down I ASSUMED you couldn't type it in. But, still wonder why it didn't pick my native resolution.
