base resolution and the other resolution does not fit the game

My base resokution and other resolution is 1280 X 720 and my game is also the same resolution, i checked the settings and set it to that, but still theres a little space left below the game, any help?

It may, depending on the content of the game and how little that space is. You could also try moving the whole source down so the space is even between the top and bottom or trimming it up and adding a bottom border image instead of black space.

Try a different game and see if the same thing happens.
