Bandwith Test mode

So I downloaded OBS recently. I tried to stream using it and I get the message pop up shown in the picture. I don't know how I am supposed to turn this mode off.

OBS settings --> "Stream" category --> Untick "Enable Bandwidth Test Mode"

I don't see the setting you are talking about.

Edit and remove ?bandwidthtest from your stream key or reconnect your account.
