Question / Help Bandwidth test problems - SOLVED (kinda)

Tried running a bandwidth test in 23.2.1 (64) about a week ago. Gave warning that stream would not be live (see below). Stream went live anyway - which was a shock, since I'd never streamed before. Cannot find a way to "Disable bandwidth test mode" in internal settings or registry. Not that it is actually in bandwidth test mode: I've streamed twice since then (on purpose) and each time the warning comes up that I won't go live, yet I go live anyway. Go figure.

Anyone have an idea where that flag/setting is stored? Logs don't mention anything about the setting/mode/issue (uploaded redacted log from initial instance and could upload rest, but since the issue isn't reflected there, seems like a waste of space on some server). Screenshot below of warning. Any advice appreciated one disabling "bandwidth test mode" either within the program, registry, or a config/db/etc. file. Thanks. (probably also a bug report, but couldn't select both)

I don't have a checkbox there... Am I missing something? Is there a different settings panel perhaps?
Edit: Also, the checkbox state should be stored somewhere persistent I'd imagine.

Ok, fixed. For anyone else that might have this problem, It required reconnecting Twitch account. After that, checkbox reappeared and could be unchecked. Still not sure why I went live multiple times with bandwidth test mode enabled, but at least this should get rid of the popup. Will update if not actually a solution.
