Bandwidth Low - Drops to Zero During Streams To Twitch

I'm really at a loss with my bandwidth. My speed tests are great, however my bandwidth for Twitch is nowhere near where it's supposed to be. I've called my ISP and they told me I am getting 940Mbps both up and down (fiber optics). Attached is a screenshot of my Twitch Bandwidth test. I've also attached a report from my Intel PROSet Adapter Configuration Utility. I did a connection test and the status failed.

Whatever is going on with the connection issue could be the root of my bandwidth problem - I'm not sure. If anyone else has experienced this and/or know what to do to resolve this, that would be a huge help for me.

Acording to the bandwidht test you attached your internet connection is completelly cut out. At least for rtmp protocol against Twitch servers.
The other test points at your ISP.

Do all the things ISPs support always ask to do, restart modem, check cable, verify your network adapter settings if you changed the DNS server or are at the default state (auto)
Change the port where the network cable connects into the modem.
If the issue persist, call your ISP and tell them you did all this things in advance, so they will try to reset the configuration on the modem. If this don't work they'll send someone to your house to change the modem and probably the cables outside. It could be a problem at any point of the ISP network which takes a more time to figure out.
