Hello.
I just got done building a new "ish" system however since Saturday evening I'm having results of what I think is Micro stutter. (Could be wrong on that though)
I'm running 2 1tb HDD's, OS and programs on the main one and steam games on the secondary so I shouldn't think that's causing the issue here.
The first night streaming was absolutely fine, no issues nice and smooth @1080p 60. No settings got changed over night. But the next day the stream looked like a total disaster. 0% dropped frames and bandwidth was more than enough. 50 down, 28 up. It seems to get worse around populated areas (streaming Farming Simulator 17) I have no FPS drop in game nor OBS. but when watching the stream back its highly noticable.
I was going to attach a video link here so people can view the issue via a piece of content although I'm not sure that's allowed.

i7 2600k @ 3.40ghz
Palit Jetstream gtx 960 (4gb)
8gb DDR3 Corsair Vegence ram
