Soooo earlier this year I built a pc with the main focus set on gaming and streaming, the specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: RTX 3060
RAM: 16gb ddr4 3600mhz (2x8)
MB: Gigabyte B550 Gaming X
PSU: EVGA 750W Gold
Storage: 1 Nvme 1tb wd blue
1 512 kingston ssd
1 1tb hdd
Internet speed is 90mbps download and upload
Haven't seen any packet loss while streaming, bitrate seems stable but the quality is just so bad for 10000kbs bitrate.

That's a sample of a stream I did right now to test my settings and tbh I have no idea why's this happening, switched from using streamlabs with twitch to obs because of the controversy with streamlabs and I just can't figure out why my streams look like this, If anyone knows what's the issue or if there's something I can do to fix please le tme know. Any advice will be greately appreciated.
