bad sound

I posted before but I got sidetracked.
Listen to these two clips. One was made with audactiy (0nly audio) and the second one with obs. Both were done with the same microphone and computer and in the same place.
Please help me.

It seems you are running OBS more then once, as well your hardware is outdated and won't be able to handle as much. This could result in your audio issues. Listening back to your audio clip it sounds like you are running into a hardware bottleneck.
