Question / Help Bad Result at Recording Specific Game

Hello, I've always used this program and never had this issue before while recording games.

It only occurs when I record a specific game, since all the other games I play and record does not present this issue at all (I've already double checked it).

The game is "Shadow Tactics: Blade of the Shogun" and when I start recording, it seems to be running perfectly (the game doesn't lag or anything and the recorder apparently also doesn't).

But after I finish and make the recording stop, the video file that was produced reveals a completely frozen image of the game (alongside the normal audio of the recording) and this image sometimes changes to other frozen images of what was supposed to be the game footage.

The recording format I always use is mp4.

I don't know why this is happening, anyone had any similar situation with a specific game recording? Please, help me out guys.

Your GPU is maxed out and causes lagged frames. Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU won't be able to process the scene. Enable vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage from the in-game settings. If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game.

Also recording to MP4 is not recommended since if the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable. If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window.

I've already changed the maximum bitrate to a very low number and it still rolled out the same way.

I will put my bets on the VSync, but how do I enable it? I'm not finding this option at OBS, can you show me the way or where this option is located?
