Question / Help Bad Quality

I optimised the settings for best recording quality and when I preview it, it looks normal. However, when I watch the recording, it was around 360p. Are my expectations too high?
Settings:
Video Adapter: ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series
Resolution: 1280 x 1024
Aspect Ratio: 5:4
Resolution Downscale: None (1280 x 1024)
FPS: 60
Note: It won't let me upload the photo so I can email it to the support if needed

Your CPU is a 2 core / 4 thread CPU, and you really need a quad core now-a-days. The expectations are too high for your computer hardware. That said, your longest stream had decent statistics, but to get it to look better you'll need to increase the bitrate. 1000 kbps isn't nearly enough.

Finally, you're using OBS Classic and this forum is for OBS Studio. If you want people to give you the time of day, you'll need to change to the latest version.
