Question / Help Bad quality with good settings, and good PC

Hi! So I've been streaming passionately for about 4 months now and am having a bunch of fun. Something that is annoying me though is I cant get my stream to look quite right. I have a dedicated streaming PC with good hardware and good settings for OBS(I think), but it doesn't look all that good. Anything helps. Thanks!
PC Specs:
Ryzen 1800x
8GB ddr4 2666mhz ram
GTX 750ti
Elgato HD60 Pro
Stream Settings:
1600x900@60fps
Medium preset
5500 bitrate
Keyframe interval: 2
No custom buffer size (Auto)

Ps. I can post a log if needed when I get home from work ;)
edit: PC specs are of streaming PC, don't think gaming PC matters but I can post if need be

Hard to answer without a log, or a sample, or more information on what you mean by "doesn't look all that good".

Depending on the content, 5500kbit/s will give some pixelation at 60fps 900p. Not sure how "bad" the quality is, but you should consider upping the bitrate to ~8000kbit/s or reducing framerate or resolution, if the pixelation bothers you.

Sorry, I know its very vague. To me it just looks more blurry and as if Im using a faster encoding preset then other streams I see. Sample clip here: https://clips.twitch.tv/DoubtfulWimpyOwlDancingBaby
Really not trying to promote BTW, its a nice clip but it shows the problem well, especially at the beginning.
Thanks for the responce!
