Question / Help Bad quality stream.

I try and stream to facebook and twitch and my quality is bad, like really bad. The game runs fine while streaming but stream quality is no good. Also record hd videos all the time with no issue with fraps. I have tried a few recommended settings from a few different YouTubers and still no bueno. I have 93 down and 15 to 20 up speed with a gtx 970 with i7-6700 cpu 3.4GHz in a alienware x51 r3. Please help me sort it out and thanks for any help in advance. Seams like facebook is locking it down to sd for some reason but not sure why yet I see people with high quality streams all the time

any help is greatly appreciated and been messing with this a minute and tried so many setting to no avail and just gave up but now starting to rethink new outlets for fixing the issue. facebook does not even give an option to run it in hd as its grayed out.
