I'm trying to stream on Youtube at 1080p 60fps, but the video is always heavily pixelated/grainy when moving in game.
I tried to go through several thread and guides on OBS settings but even trying different settings or just boosting a very high bitrate (12000) I cannot seem to obtain a proper quality.
I run a i9900k + 2080ti, during gaming+streaming gpu doesn't go over 40% load and cpu over 10%, no frame drops (in the later part of the logs, earlier i was trying some different setups).
I have a dual monitor setup, the main one is originally a 1440p 144hz monitor but i force it to 1080p for streaming. In-game fps are locked to 60.
Maybe I'm missing something in my settings, any advice would be appreciated.
