I have a few problems. When I capture/record the quality has significantly worsened. When I first started to use OBS, the quality was great and good. Just recently (probably a month ago) the quality has worsened and has gotten pixely. I have checked the videos that I'm trying to record and it has good quality but after I record it, it comes out pixely or bad. I've even messed with the quality settings and just none of them seem to work. The second problem is after I record it, the file will be weird as towards the end of the video it either freezes or turns into a black screen. Probably towards the last second of the video. This problem had never ocurred until a month or a few weeks ago.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...
OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:
1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or whichever support chat you are using.

Warning Custom FFMPEG Output
Custom FFMPEG output is in use. Only absolute professionals should use this. If you got your settings from a YouTube video advertising "Absolute best OBS settings" then we recommend using one of the presets in Simple output mode instead.
