Question / Help Bad quality at youtube

Hi i've a problem on youtube stream. I would like to stream on youtube but there is a terrible quality.

Same settings used:

nvenc at 3500 bitrate is going to look terrible regardless especially at 720p60, but x264 isn't really available to you.

Are you changing youtube's playback to the upper-most resolution and framerate before comparing?

Yes i have choosen 720p on youtube
