Hey.
I'm struggleing a bit right now, because I bought a GTX 1070 the other day and now I can't stream anymore.
My Setup is AMD Ryzen 1600 (no oc), 16gb Ram and the GTX 1070.
Before that I had a GTX 960 and I would stream at 720p 6000kbit cbr x264 on "faster" and every game on medium settings no problem.
Now if I try to stream with these settings and the same games on High Settings, I get 100% CPU Usage right away.

I really would appreciate some insight from people with similar Setups. Can you guys stream games at 720p with that hardware?

Just an idea: Before the upgrade the GTX960 was the bottleneck, so the CPU load was not very demanding.
Now you get higher fps and that's why your CPU needs to work a lot more.
If not done already: Limit fps to 60.
