Question / Help Bad performance even without streaming

Hi,
Is it normal that my fps in game and overall performance (even outside the game) seems to drop significantly even if I'm not started streaming? It's just when I start OBS Studio, my fps, in CSGO for instance, drop from 180-200 to about 60, sometimes lower. When I'm streaming, it's even worse.

I checked my cpu and gpu load during streaming CSGO:
35-45%% gpu
30-50% cpu

Here's my log file:

My specs:
Intel i7 4790K @ 4.00 GHz
16 GB RAM
ASUS Z97-PRO mobo
Upload: 5Mbps
Download 50Mbps

HALP?

Very common and typically caused by allowing the game to render without any sort of frame rate limiter. Turn on vsync or use fps_max to cap the frame rate at something like 120 and see if that helps.

Tried fps_max 120 and 80 just now. Didn't change anything in fps. Pretty much the same with double buffered vsync. With tripple buffered vsync, fps dropped do 50, sometimes 40. Also with this one enabled, I have noticeable input lag of some sort.

Maybe my problem has something to do with some modules not loading correctly? Log file says something about it.
I also tried streaming Rocket League (with vsync on) and got similar results.

Are you place both - OBS and game on the same screen?
How much memory are using dwm.exe from the task manager when you are running your set up?
Did you tried to disable Aero theme? If not - try it.

Yes, I place both on same screen. I don't use the tv to anything related to my stream.
Aero on:
dwm.exe - 20 228K of memory
csgo fps - ~50-60

Aero off:
dwm.exe - 4 724K of memory
csgo fps - 80-120 (wow)

It's good enough to play csgo without tantrums. ;)
Rocket League shows significant change in smoothness.

Thanks dude, aero was the key! :D
