I manage to stream a lot of other multiplayer games without any lag and it only seems to be specific to league of legends. I usually play on around 20-25 ping but will shoot up to a constant 120-150 when I also stream while playing.
I stream at 3500 bitrate, downscaled 1080p to 720p and at 30fps. My upload speed is 11-15mbps.
Any ideas?
