so I have been recording videos and streams on youtube, yet they end up VERY laggy,
I have very good settings, yet they just lag too much. I don't know how to fix it, I think its cause of this "Transition - Cut" thing, It makes 2 screens on OBS.

Please tell me how to remove it to make it only 1 screen, and maybe it can stop lag.
